Pampas Shopping Terms & Conditions

1. Order Processing Time: By placing an order with Pampas, you acknowledge and agree that our garments are crafted with care and may require time to produce. Delivery estimates provided are only estimates, and actual production times may vary.

2a. Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted for jewelry, underwear, sale items, garments with extensive customizations/alterations, or hygiene products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our return policy, feel free to contact us.

2b. Rental Returns: If you opt to rent a garment from Pampas, you are obligated to return the item after the rental period. The garment should be returned in a condition that's suitable for continued use.

3. Damage or Non-return Penalty: In the event a rented garment is returned in a condition deemed unsuitable for continued rental, or if the item is not returned at all, you will be liable for a fee equivalent to three times the original price of the garment.

4. Errors and Omissions: While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. Pampas reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Production Delays: Pampas reserves the right to extend the production time beyond the initially specified period if necessary. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur.

6. Shipping & Delivery: Pampas is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or any third-party courier companies. Once the item is shipped, delivery times are beyond our control.

7. Responsibility: While we ensure that our products are of high quality and are shipped with care, Pampas is not responsible for any damage caused post-shipment or during the rental period.

Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental garments are rented for a period of one week. Upon pickup, the collection and return dates will be agreed upon. If the garment is shipped to you, it will be sent a few days before the start of the rental period. Pampas is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies.

Pampas handles all garment preparation, including cleaning. Minor signs of wear from usage are acceptable, but if the garment is returned damaged or not returned at all, you will be charged the original purchase price of the item. For garments that are only available for rent and not for sale, a fee of 10,000 SEK will be charged if the garment is not returned.

If you exceed the agreed rental period, an additional rental fee will be charged for each new week or part thereof. If the rental period exceeds 4 weeks, you will be charged the full price of the garment, as mentioned above (or 10,000 SEK for rental-only garments).

If you wish to purchase the rented garment after the rental period and it is available for sale, you may do so directly without returning the garment to us. The rental fee will be deducted from the purchase price, and you will pay the difference. Please note that you cannot return the garment to us and then purchase it at a reduced price.

2. License to Use Website Unless otherwise stated, Pampas owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.

3. Acceptable Use You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Restricted Access Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. Pampas reserves the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

5. User Content Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Pampas or a third party.

6. No Warranties This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Pampas makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

7. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided, Pampas will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

8. Breaches of These Terms & Conditions Without prejudice to Pampas' other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Pampas may take such action as Pampas deems appropriate to deal with the breach.

9. Variation Pampas may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website.

10. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Pampas in relation to your use of our website and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

11. Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Swedish law.

14.Unforeseen Circumstances

Our company is not liable for any delays or disruptions stemming from events beyond our control. Such events can include, but are not limited to, challenges in procuring materials, natural disasters, strikes, political upheaval, transportation interruptions, or any circumstances that might affect the delivery or production processes. We commit to resuming our obligations once these circumstances are resolved.

Rental Terms:

1. Rental Period: The rental period is one week.
    

2. Weekend Rentals: If the garment is rented for a weekend, it will be shipped at the beginning of the same week and should be returned at the beginning of the following week.
    

3. Midweek Rentals (Monday-Wednesday): If the garment is rented for the first days of the week (Monday-Wednesday), it will be shipped the week before and should be returned at the beginning of the following week.
    

4. Shipping and Delivery: Pampas cannot be held responsible for postal service and their delivery times. We follow their general delivery estimate of 1-3 business days.
    

5. International Rentals: For international rentals, it is the customer's responsibility to check current delivery times. If needed, the garment should be rented for an additional week to ensure it arrives on time.
